This D3 effort first opened in March 2003, albeit with only 1 lane each way, but was fully operational by the following August. It replaced a rickety S2 flyover above a roundabout. Movers Lane heads north to Barking, while River Road heads towards the housing and industrial estates at Creekmouth, on the Thames.
